Top 5 Theme Parks Apps Performance in Belgium Q1 2024

In the first quarter of 2024, the top 5 theme park apps in Belgium showed varied performance trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Disneyland® Paris had a notable presence with weekly downloads fluctuating between 2.3K and 3.7K. The highest downloads were recorded in the first week of January with 3.7K. Weekly active users saw a consistent increase, starting at 7.1K in early January and peaking at 7.2K in the first week of March. Revenue for the app was minimal, with a peak of $10 in the week of February 19 and $3 the following week.

Phantasialand displayed a more modest download pattern, starting at 1.3K in the first week of January and dipping significantly to around 27-83 downloads per week throughout February and early March. However, there was a surge at the end of March with 648 downloads. Active users followed a similar trend, starting at 1.7K and dropping to a low of 241 in mid-March before rising to 703 in the last week of the quarter.

Europa-Park & Rulantica had relatively low download numbers, ranging from 32 to 262 weekly downloads, with the highest in the last week of March. Active users mirrored this trend, starting at 284 and decreasing to 50-79 users weekly, before climbing back to 260 in the final week.

My Disney Experience showed stable performance with weekly downloads hovering around 50-84. Active users remained steady, fluctuating between 131 and 192 throughout the quarter. Revenue peaked at $323 in the first week of March, with other notable weeks being early January ($126) and the last week of February ($115).

Universal Studios Japan saw the lowest download numbers among the top 5, ranging from 18 to 60 weekly downloads. Active users were consistently stable, averaging around 160-192 throughout the quarter.
